Gorgeous hotel, fairly clean, very hospitable staff and the beds were comfortable. Our room was not only incredibly comfortable, but well-equipped.

The room was absolutely perfect, well-equipped and had central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a safe. The location was perfect and excellent, in the heart of Istanbul overlooking sea. Thoroughly enjoyed their food, it was great with variety of meals. Was a fabulous base for trip.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the bustling shopping street of Istiklal. There were plenty of restaurants to eat at, so I never had to worry about finding a delicious meal. The room was comfortable with all the amenities I needed, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast was not buffet-style, the ready-to-serve plates were tasty and satisfying. I also enjoyed the view from my room, looking out onto the vibrant streets below.

I did experience some noise from the nearby bars and restaurants, which could be a bit disruptive.

The rooms with a balcony are lovely. the staff is incredibly nice and responsive. - the location is excellent, within walking distance to a tower, palace, and other attractions. - It's conveniently located near a cable car station in a bustling area.

It's exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fantastic hotel, everything was good. The rooms are new-fashioned and welcoming, have feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The staff are EXCELLENT and helpful. The ambiance is quiet. The location is favourable, just off “ Galata Tower ” and “ Taksim Square ”, and the airport. Moreover, it is 15 minutes walk away from Taksim Gezi Park.

The location was good and unbeatable and the public parking was nearby. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, coffee and tea making equipment, a seating area, and a writing table. The place had a quiet atmosphere...

We had an incredible stay at a hotel right in the center of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment areas. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even upgrading our room to one with a view. The level of service was exceptional, especially from Murat and Ismail. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a noisy nightclub nearby and small rooms, our overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Istanbul.

Liked the place, it was gorgeous and quiet and worked for me. The location was ideal, in the middle of the city. Sishane-Zemin Istanbul metro station was 15 min away.

The room had a cozy and modern vibe, complete with a cool balcony spot to chill 😊.

Conveniently located within walking distance to a cable car station 🚠. Also, this place is close to a cool tower and a fancy palace, so you can easily check them out on foot.

Friendly staff, early check-in, clean rooms, great location, helpful staff.
